$500 HOME IMPROVEMENT SWEEPSTAKES

RULES AND REGULATIONS

1. THE CONTEST - J & J Siding & Window Sales is conducting the $500 Home Improvement Sweepstakes (the "Contest") between January 1st and March 31st 2009 (the "Contest Period").
2. TO ENTER - No purchase necessary. To enter the Contest, fill out the form at www.jandjsidingandwindows.com and submit or provide J & J Siding & Window Sales with your name, address, phone number, and email address by telephone (636-532-3320) or fax (636-532-3864).
3. ELIGIBILITY - The Contest is open to all legal residents of Franklin, Jefferson, Lincoln, St. Charles, St. Louis, and Warren counties and the City of St. Louis in the state of Missouri and Calhoun, Jersey, Madison, Monroe, and St. Clair counties in the state of Illinois who are 18 years or older. Current directors, officers, and employees of J & J Siding & Window Sales, as well as members of their immediate families, are ineligible for the Contest. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED.
4. PROCEDURE FOR AWARDING PRIZE - On April 1st 2009, a representative of J & J Siding & Window Sales will draw at random one name from all collected entry forms and the individual whose name is drawn will be eligible to be awarded the prize. The person whose name has been drawn will be annouced in an email during the week following the drawing, and will be required to respond by email or telephone within two weeks of the announcement to claim the prize as well as sign and return a declaration and release. If they return the declaration and release within 30 days of the announcement, they will be declared the winner of the prize. The name of the winner will be available from J & J Siding & Window Sales upon written request to:

5. DESCRIPTION OF PRIZES - The winner will receive a $500.00 credit that is good for products, installation, and service work from J & J Siding & Window Sales that is contracted for after the announcement of the winner. This prize is transferable at the request of the winner but must be used between April 1st 2009 and April 1st 2019. Transfering the prize requires the winner to submit a written request including the name, address, phone number, email address, and signature of both the winner and the transferee, as well as a declaration and release from the transferee. The value of this prize is approximately $500.00.
6. GENERAL RULES
1. The winner shall agree to allow J & J Siding & Window Sales and their affiliates to use their name, pictures of themselves, and pictures of the home on which the prize is used, including photographs, in advertising purposes related to the Contest, free of charge.
2. The winner shall sign a document attesting to their eligibility as stipulated in paragraph 3 of these rules and releasing J & J Siding & Window Sales, as well as its directors, officers, and employees, from all liability for any damage or loss arising from participation in the Contest or from the awarding, acceptance or use of the prize.
3. The prize shall be accepted as is and may not be exchanged for an amount of money. No substitutions will be allowed.
4. Refusal to accept the prize releases J & J Siding & Window Sales, as well as its directors, officers, and employees, of any obligation toward the winner.
5. Should the winner be found to have made a false statement, he or she shall be automatically disqualified from the Contest.
6. J & J Siding & Window Sales, as well as its directors, officers, and employees, shall assume no liability resulting from losses, delays, mistaken addresses on mail or e-mail received, lost or destroyed entries, mistakes in processing entries, typographical errors, technical, computer, or telephone malfunctions, loss or theft of computer or telephone data, damage to software or computer equipment, fraudulent calls, or any other mistake.
7. J & J Siding & Window Sales, as well as its directors, officers, and employees, shall assume no liability whatsoever for any situation in which their inability to act results from an event or situation beyond their control, including labor dispute, natural disaster, or the close of business.
8. All personal information, including your address and telephone number but excluding your name and e-mail address, is collected solely for the purposes of administering the Contest and shall not be used for any other purpose without your consent. By providing this information, you consent to it being used for the stated purposes. By entering the Contest, you are consenting to have your name and email address added to a promotional email list for the exclusive use of J & J Siding & Window Sales, as well as being automatically entered into future contests of a similar nature.
9. By entering, contestants agree to abide by these Contest rules, which shall be applied by J & J Siding & Window Sales. All decisions of J & J Siding & Window Sales relating to the administration of the Contest, including decisions relating to the selection of the winner and the granting of the prize, are final. All entries shall become the property of J & J Siding & Window Sales. J & J Siding & Window Sales reserves the right to suspend, terminate, or withdraw the Contest at any time and for any reason. J & J Siding & Window Sales also reserves the right to modify these rules for clarification purposes without materially affecting the terms and conditions of the Contest, and to correct errors or mistakes.
10. Only 1 entry per person is allowed. The odds of winning depend on the number of entries. Persons entering the Contest shall have the obligation to inform J & J Siding & Window Sales of any change in their address and/or e-mail address.
